The Digital Institutional Repository at the University of Puerto Rico—DiRe.UPR—is a central, digital data storage site for the scientific and creative work of the university. The DSpace platform provides access to documents in different formats created by university faculty and students. The purpose is to share and promote the UPR’s intellectual production, enhance the institution’s prestige locally and internationally, project the university system, and provide open access to knowledge.
